Working in NTUC..
hello ppl just thought i did just do a update..although i wonder if anyone really visits my blog these days..well i'm not ur daily kind of blogger..^^..ok..before we begin i wanna thank ppl who still visit this humble blog..and thanks a lot for your support..^^..ok let's begin..
Work..one of the many things which gives people their identity..For me when i'm doing something useful when i work i'm happy no doubt tiring..I'm happy..it's feels good to see the smiles on the faces of people who u served..^^..a "thank you" makes u feel even better cos u noe u are being appreciated..my job..hmm..i'm not really sure of my position..hmm maybe u could say i'm a general worker..haha..do about almost everything and anything..from setting up the shelter to arranging goods to security to most importantly CUSTOMER SERVICE..^^so wat do i mean by customer service??read on la..^^
customer service or so at least i assume so la..is the process where i help customers who patronise ntuc carry their heavy and bulky goods to somewhere example their car..^^..customer service in my opinion is rather lacking in ntuc..cos ntuc never specially employ people to help out the customers with their needs..they assume the patrons can carry a 30-can pack of coke when they cant or simply dun wan to(i gotta admit it's heavy to a certain extent..^^)..and when they cant carry..they dun purchase the goods..if got customer service people maybe one or two to help carry heavy stuff..i'm sure sales will increase a bit if not a lot..
one more thing about customer service..helping people for some people may seem too much like a chore(some may hate serving becos some singaporeans are indeed difficult and unappreciative..)..but for me..i enjoy helping the customers..after helping them there is this sense of satisfaction..and definitely it does feel great cos.. u noe u have done some good deeds..^^..well i'm a great believer of the law of cause and effects..(whatever u do will come back to you in the end be it good or bad..why are we onto religion ah..sorry side tracked.^^)..when i work i rather i help out the customers than sit down..dun noe why la sit too long will be bored also..so tt's about it la..tt's basically wat i do in ntuc clementi side branch..
so the moral..^^..let me just finish off with a slogan which i believe is rather style and true..
